What fantastic music! Where can I get a CD in Central Oregon before next weekend?
I haven't seen Mark and Tammy since running into them in Sisters Drug many years ago. Tammy and I went to nursing school way back in the dark ages.
Anyway, beautiful easy listening music. Hope to get one of your CD's soon. Keep up the wonderful sounds!!!!

Just e-mailed your web address to a friend back east. Of course I listened to the song samples since I don't have the CD here at work.....and I have to tell you it's still as fresh as the first time I heard it !....My apologies for being absent at gigs. I will be back out to see you soon. I've plugged your schedule into my iPhone (remember my daughter works for Apple : })with an alert for each one.....Best to all of you Tommy

For the birthday/anniversary edition of my podcast, I just picked out some music from my CD collection and let it fly. Your song "Part I Call My Own" was included. Thank you so much for being a part of my celebration! The direct link to the show is http://indiemusicsampler.com/2007/07/06/ims-053/

Yo Mark, been a long time, huh? I happened upon your website while looking for info about Dick Lappe. He shows up in a Google search here (you may remember I played guitar with him for a few years). It looks like you've got him playing again? Something about a half time show? Cool. Is that a regular thing? I'd love to catch it sometime when we visit the big city. I live in Newport now and don't get much in the way of news about anyone, kinda lost contact with Dick so I'm happy to see he's back at it. Take care and best of everything with your project. -Bob Fuller

I got my copy of "Bend In The Road" today and immediately put on my stereo. I must say that you all did a wonderful job on the CD. I know something is good when it makes me pick up my guitar to play along, which is what I did.
It was a pleasure to hear these songs again. I can't believe I didn't think of putting the slide to "Move On." I could've done it; I don't know why I didn't. I loved the arrangement of "The Wicked Witch of the Northwest" and "The Part I Call My Own" is a song I've always been a fan of. It's nice to hear someone playing the harmony part right instead of my hit and miss approach.
As for the new stuff (to me, anyway), where did the strings for "Sing me a Song' come from? If that's a synthesizer it sure doesn't sound like it. I think it's very effective. I thought "It May Be Raining" had a feel of the Limelighters to it or The Lovin' Spoonful. And Mark, your "After The Last Word" is a real nice job; I thought you put it across vocally as well as anything you've ever done. I loved the Buffalo Springield/Bluebird touches to it, too, if that was what you were going for. Even if you weren't I still think it's excellent.
Clay did a helluva production job and played great as well. The whole thing deserves immortalization on vinyl.
Anyway, Mark, Tammy, Jon and Angela, congratulations for a job incredibly well done! I wish all the success in the world for you and I'm proud to have played a part in the band while I could. Now, get busy on your follow-up CD. This is no time to relax. The world awaits!

Thank you for the CD. It is really a pleasure to listen to and I plan to go over the lyrics many times as they are so thoughtful. You 3 deserve all of the best and I really feel you can be mainstream. Thank you also for the mention...it is really thrilling.

Wonderful website, guys. Like others, I enjoyed reading about your influences. Just being a fan and hearing your music so much over the years, I already "knew" about the influences. Learning about your motivations gave me some insight into why Centerline works as a unit rather than a collection of talented individuals. I can't wait to get my hands on your CD! It's been a long-time comin'! Love you guys. See you in January. :-) ~Paul

What a great website!!! I enjoyed reading all of your "influences" that have inspired you to create such moving and heartfelt music and lyrics. It's quite apparent that you have put a lot of heart and soul into your music. Congratulations Mark, John, and Angela!
